Exchange or Return of Goods

  1. Return Shipping Cost
  • If the item is damaged/wrong due to our error, Lovely Bee will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the issue is due to customer error (wrong item ordered, change of mind), the customer must bear shipping costs.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not available.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after product inspection.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
